1. Acceptance of terms
By using brandmystic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use brandmystic.
2. What brandmystic is
brandmystic is an entertainment and creative insight service. Our readings are generated by an AI and presented in a tarot-inspired format for illustrative purposes only. They are not professional business, legal, financial, psychological, or career advice. Do not make significant decisions based solely on a brandmystic reading.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your reading. You warrant that you have the right to submit any content you provide — do not paste confidential material belonging to others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use brandmystic to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights; to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service; or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation in submitted content.
5. Free and paid tiers
The free tier provides an archetype reading only. The full reading — including shadow card, sideways moves, monthly forecast, and balance score — is available exclusively to Arcana subscribers. Arcana is a paid monthly or annual subscription billed via Stripe. All payments are in GBP or USD depending on your location. All sales are final except where required by applicable consumer law.
6. Subscriptions and cancellation
Arcana subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. To cancel, visit your account or email hello@brandmystic.io.
7. Intellectual property
The brandmystic name, design, archetype framework, and all original copy are our intellectual property. Your reading output is generated for your personal use. You may share it freely but may not commercially resell or redistribute it.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that readings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors or inconsistencies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, brandmystic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
